Storage King Europe incorporating the United Kingdom is structured on a successful overseas concept that has provided Australasia with its largest self storage operator.

The Australasian division of Storage King has 150 facilities throughout Australia and New Zealand and has gained this presence in five years.

Using the experience gained overseas and local expertise the Storage King brand is now appearing all over the UK on both pre-existing storage facilities and newly built storage facilities, it will shortly have exposure across Europe. Our aim, simply put, is to be the largest and well known self storage operator in this region, with a similar growth forecast projected as is the case overseas.

Storage King allows individual operators the opportunity to band under one banner which provides enormous benefits provided by Storage King's expertise in this fast growing retail service industry.

Storage King Europe Ltd has sites currently operating in the Midlands, the North East, North West and also the South of England. With new sites under construction all the time our aim is to cover the whole of the UK and then move into Europe.

Strategic Objective:

Storage King's primary objective is to quickly achieve the position as the number one self storage brand in Europe & the UK. Several key strategies will be utilised to achieve this. They include:

• To consolidate selected independent existing operators under the Storage King brand. The structure allows these operators to continue as owner/operators and simultaneously enjoy the benefits of being part of a major brand.
• Development of new self storage operations. Storage King will undertake site selection and development and will identify investors, or investor groups in conjunction with operators.
• On behalf of Storage King investors and operators will acquire existing operations that meet the Storage King Acquisition criteria. Storage King facilitate an environment in which operators and investors can actively divest and acquire.
